Librarian by day, photographer, artist and writer by night… and at weekends.
I’ve been taking photographs since I got my first manual SLR age thirteen, long before the age of digital. In those days taking photos was expensive and the learning process very slow. I also wasn’t very good at it.
I gave it up as a serious hobby for quite a few years, until I got my Canon 400D sometime in 2007. The beauty of digital is still holding my attention and hopefully my skills are improving all the time.
I also paint and draw, although not as often as I ought to. It’s messier than photographs and requires a little more patience…
Oh, and sometimes I write poetry.
